The hotel rooms were spacious by Japanese standards and inviting, but mine was unfortunately far too small and located right next to the reception. The service was unhelpful upon arrival due to a booking discrepancy and somewhat arrogant during check-out. The location was convenient, not far from Kannai station for easy access to other spots in Yokohama. The dining experience offered an extensive choice of Japanese and Western dishes, including fresh vegetable salad and handmade tofu. The facilities were basic, lacking in English-proficient staff, but close to everything and easy to find.
